Where does your order ship from?

Shoeselfee is a global platform, connecting customers with sellers from across the world. Your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the seller. 

Create Account

Create account from the homepage under "Create Account" or during checkout.

Order Status

Check order status from homepage under "My Orders."

My Account

Update personal information under "My Account" by logging in.

Track Package

Track your package on the homepage footer "Track Package" or via the "My Orders" page. 

Refunds and Refunds

We make every effort to ensure that products are sent out as advertised and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Items which are received damaged or not as advertised can be returned within 20 days of delivery, unused and unworn, once approved. However, a request must be submitted for approval as soon as possible once the delivery is received, no later than 3 business days. To return and item, please contact us via the Return Center. Provide your reason for return and include your order number, description of your item(s), SKU#, photo of the product(s), photo of the original shipment invoice outside of the package and any packing details. 

Please note that we do not cover return shipping cost at any time. 


We are hear to listen. We want to hear from you if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s). In order to do so, please follow the same process above by reaching out to us via messanger or email with the appropriate information regarding your order. 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders may arrive separately, when multiple products are purchased.

How long does it take?

Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on the manufacturer location and destination. 

Estimated shipping times:

Standard 5-20 days 

You can track your package's delivery progress at any time from Track your package on the homepage footer "Track Package" or via the "My Orders" page. 

The Marketplace: 

Sellers are expected to ship their item(s) out as soon as possible within 24-48 hours. Your seller experience can also be rated based on a 5-star scale. Visit view Sellers Profile to leave any feedback regarding your experience or to find out additional details about their sellers estimated shipping and delivery time frames. 

The Marketplace Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Disputes 

If you have purchased items from the individual Sellers in the Marketplace you will contact the Seller directly via their seller profile utilizing the feedback option. Each seller has their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, returns and disputes. 


We cannot accept updates or canceling after your order has been processed.

Customer would need to contact us via the website instant messenger within 1 hour of placing an order. However, cancellation is still contingent on the processing status of the order. 

It is important to note that some of our shoes are custom made. Once the shoemaker has received your order request the process has  already begun and the materials cannot be reused. So we cannot except order changes or cancellation after the order been processed.
